My name is Caroline Collins and I am the proud owner of Virtual Ally.
I am an honoured graduate of Seneca College, having graduated with high honours from the Office Administration-Legal Program. Upon successful completion, it was my goal to immerse myself even further in the legal industry, focusing on continuing education. Over the course of four years following graduation, I successfully completed courses in Real Estate, Estates, Corporate, and Litigation through the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
With over 20 years’ experience as a legal assistant, you will benefit from a trusted and experienced industry veteran. I successfully gained employment as an in-office legal assistant for medium to large-sized law firms in Toronto, Ontario. Most recently, I was honoured to work at one of the largest law firms in Canada, McCarthy Tétrault.
I believe that my successful career as a legal assistant stems from the ability to multitask challenges, responsibilities, and deadlines. I am highly organized in both my personal and professional life. Strong communication skills will make you feel at ease – almost as if I am working right in the office with you.
On a personal note, my hobbies include reading, gardening, and crafting, as well as summer water sports, snowmobiling, and hockey. I live in beautiful Haliburton with my wonderful husband Gary, son, Todd, and our chocolate lab, Jasper. Together, we enjoy the peace and tranquility of our lakeside home.
“Caroline was my legal assistant for approximately five years at the Toronto office of a large national law firm. She continues to provide me with invaluable assistance now that I run my own practice. She is professional, intelligent, courteous and hard working. A great team player! I trust her implicitly and cannot recommend her highly enough.”Ken Morris
“Caroline Collins was my legal assistant in a busy litigation practice in a large Bay Street firm. In that role, Caroline consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. She is conscientious, dependable, organized and smart. I had great confidence leaving work in Caroline’s capable hands, which left me free to focus on the rest of my busy practice.”Heather Meredith
“It was a pleasure to work with Caroline. She has a strong ability to multitask a variety of challenges and responsibilities, and she is highly organized and detail oriented.”Eli Mogil
“Legal professionals need to check out Virtual Ally’s site. Caroline is a former colleague that I had the pleasure of working with for many years. She is professional and dedicated to ensuring best results in the work she does. Be sure to visit her page and share it with anyone you think might benefit from Virtual Ally’s services.”Barbara Baggio
